A：Mould : 3-5 weeks
Mass production : 3-4 weeks, it depend on your quantity.
Q： What is the MOQ?
A：Minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces. If you require more qty, the price is more cheaper.
Q：What do you need to send a quotation ?
A：Usually we need the 3D files of customers' project, material, quantity of the injection parts, color and surface treatment customer need .
Q： Which 3d drawing files should go with the machines?
A：CNC machines only read *IGS,*STP,*STEP,*IGES,*X-T format, For *STL format,it goes with 3d printer and SLA.
Q： I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A：You can supply us a sample, we will help you finish the 3D drawing design.
Q： How long should we take for a quotation?
A：After receiving detail information we will quote within 2 days.
Q： What is your payment term?
A：Mould : T/T % for mold cost.
Goods : T/T 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
Q： Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A：If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection,
we will be as your inspection worker,we will supply you a video for production process detail include process report,
products size,structure and surface detail, packing detail and so on, and will provide the inspection report to you.
